Frankey's Story
Frankey’s opened its doors in October 2003 as an up-scale women’s specialty clothing boutique. Responding to an overwhelming void, Frankey’s brought in stylish and edgy clothing for all fashion savvy Hoosiers. Much of the success Frankey’s has encountered has been due to the commitment to leave mainstream to the department stores. We are happy to partner with cutting edge designers such as Elizabeth & James, Robert Rodriguez, Geren Ford, Jerome Dreyfuss and Cynthia Vincent, as well as many others setting trends in the fashion industry. Over the years, Frankey’s has been a premium denim leader in Indianapolis offering brands such as J Brand, Hudson, Joe’s, Kasil and True Religion.
In October 2005 Frankey’s expanded and introduced the men’s department. The men’s department was a logical addition, as the fashion forward men in Indianapolis were also searching for a store with great fashions. The Frankey’s men’s department is anchored by great designers such as Ted Baker, James Pearse, Inhabit and Timberland. To compliment these lines, you will also find the best in men’s premium denim, graphic t-shirts, footwear and headwear.
Thanks to the success Frankey’s has enjoyed since 2003, we moved to a larger location in Nora plaza and launched our website, Frankeys.com. In June of 2008 we opened our second Frankey’s location in Broad Ripple which houses designers such as MK2K, Graham & Spencer, Fluxus, Free People, Bordeaux and Matt & Nat. Thanks to our old and new customers for making Frankey’s what it is today! We hope you find your shopping experience at Frankey’s enjoyable and memorable!
