Returns & Exchanges

 

Return policy:

Returns & exchanges areaccepted only on non-sale items.  Items purchased with an online coupon code are considered full-price merchandise and may be returned.  Merchandise returned must have all original tags attached.  Frankeys.com does not accept returns on items worn or altered.  You will receive an email when your order has shipped.  Items must be postmarked for a return within 14 days of the date they were originally shipped.   Example: If your order shipped out on the 1st of the month, you must ship it back to Frankeys.com by the 14th.  If this return was shipped back on the 15th, then we can not provide a refund, and the merchandise will be returned to you.  You will not receive credit for any shipping charges.

 

Discounted Merchandise:

Final Sale.  No exchanges or refunds.

Frankey’s LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the items received are damaged.  We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your return, refund your credit card, or issue a merchandise credit. For credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.

Frankeys.com promotions are not valid for in-store purchases.  This includes any coupon codes or email promotions for Frankeys.com.

Shipping & Handling

We are offering Free Ground Shipping on all orders at $150.00 or more.  Expedited shipping is available as well.

Once we receive your order, we carefully pick, pack, and ship it with tender loving care. 

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 48 hours.  Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Fridays and all orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day.  Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 3 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.  Frankeys.com uses UPS.  Frankeys.com does not ship on Saturdays.  We are closed all major holidays. 

International Shipping:  Frankeys.com currently does not offer international shipping.

 

 

Sales Tax

 

All orders placed outside of the state of Indiana will be exempt from sales tax.  Items shipped in the state of Indiana will be charged a sales tax of 6%.

 

 

Sale Items: 

Coupon codes are not permitted on sale merchandise.


Acceptable payment methods:

Frankeys.com accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.  At this time, gift cards are not acceptable for online purchases.

 

Our Privacy Statement

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

 

Online Security

Your credit card is completely safe.

Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.

 

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)

 

Please note:

Due to shared inventory with our brick and mortar store, as well as hot-selling products, instances may occur where an item may show up as available online when it is not in stock.  Should such instances arise, we attempt to re-order the product from the vendor.  If such product is unavailable, Frankeys.com will work with the customer on a personal basis to resolve the matter as quickly and professionally as possible. 

Color variations for items on Frankeys.com may occur from personal monitor setting differences.
